EVOLTICS MOBILE APP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the EVOLTICS mobile app (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the App.
2. App Purpose
The EVOLTICS App, owned by Najhum Technologies LLC, is designed to assist users in locating electric vehicle (EV) charging stations and managing EV charging sessions.
3. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found HERE. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
4. Payment Gateway Providers
When making payments through the App, you agree to abide by the terms of use of any payment gateway providers, including but not limited to Stripe.
5. Pricing Information
You acknowledge that the pricing information for EV charging stations displayed in the App is determined by the charger owners and not by EVOLTICS. EVOLTICS is not responsible for any pricing errors or inaccuracies. Disputes regarding pricing should be directed to the charger owner or property management team.
6. Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country or region, including those related to privacy, data protection, and payment processing.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is.” Najhum Technologies LLC makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s correctness, accuracy, reliability, or other attributes. Najhum Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any interruptions in App usage.
8. Third-Party Content and Services
The App may provide access to third-party websites or services, such as EV charging station locations. Najhum Technologies LLC is not responsible for the availability or content of these third-party sites and services, and you use them at your own risk.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the EVOLTICS App, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, belong exclusively to Najhum Technologies LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the App without written permission.
10. Changes to Terms
Najhum Technologies LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the App after changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the country or region in which you are using the App, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
12. Charging Service Fee
A charging service fee applies when using the App. The applicable fee will be communicated within the App. By using the App, you agree to pay the relevant charging service fee for each session initiated.
